Subscription and billing can only be adjusted by Admin users
If you added a user to your organization, but they did not get the e-mail invite, try these steps:
Check junk/spam folders
Have the user check their spam/junk folders in their email
Resend the invite
On the bottom left of the screen click "Team"
On the top left of the screen, click "Subscription"
Locate the user that is having issues and press the "Resend" button. This will resend the invite to the user.
