Subscription and billing can only be adjusted by Admin users

If you added a user to your organization, but they did not get the e-mail invite, try these steps:

Check junk/spam folders

  1. Have the user check their spam/junk folders in their email  

Resend the invite

  1. Log in

  2. On the bottom left of the screen click "Team" 

  3. On the top left of the screen, click "Subscription"

  4. Locate the user that is having issues and press the "Resend" button. This will resend the invite to the user. 

Add Clio Draft to your safelist

  1. Clio Draft's email invite will be coming from "noreply@lawyaw.com", which some email platforms may read as suspicious, and in turn, may block the incoming email.

  2. Find your email's particular safelist/safe sender/whitelist and add "noreply@lawyaw.com"
